• Contract and temporary staffing

• Career placement for candidates

• Fees are due as outlined in your service agreement
• Our 90-day guarantee applies to direct hire placements
• You agree not to directly hire candidates we present without going through our services
• All job requirements must accurately represent the position

• All information provided must be accurate and complete
• Our services are free to candidates
• You authorize us to share your profile with potential employers
• You agree to notify us of any changes to your employment status

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MND Solutions and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

MND Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
